Are you really that ignorant? The interview took place on 12/12. They went into negotiations 12/4. So the testing was originally agreed to on 12/4.

It wasn't until 12/22 that Manny said he woudln't test without a cutoff and the point here is that HIS OWN TEAM IS ON CAMERA SAYING THEY ACCEPTED.

Your a ******* and you'll downplay anything shown to you. You have your source now deal with it.:deal:hi:

the point you are trying to make proves 0. What changed is the times. Floyd realized how easy it is for commission testing to be beat, that is what changed.

Now keep going cuz this is really over. Your like Judah in the ring against Kosta after the fight. You just keep on going and acting like a baby when you already got ko2.:hi:

You don't even have correct information.:rofl:hi:

Trying to bring Mayweather down in weight from 147 - April 2009

--Arum said this week. “The question with a Mayweather fight is at what weight? That’s the big question. At 140 I don’t think there’s any problem making that fight. If Floyd wants to come in at a higher weight, I don’t know.”
“A catch-weight is a possibility also. But none of that has been discussed and I won’t let anyone discuss it. Until after this fight.”--

Roach wants Mayweather below 147 as well - May 2009

--Pacquiao’s trainer-coach Freddie Roach had a considerably higher opinion of Mosley. “The most dangerous guy out there for Manny right now is probably Shane Mosley,” Roach said. “They both like to fight and his pace is dangerous.” Another issue will be weight. Marquez, a star at 135 pounds, and Mayweather, a force at 147, have yet to settle on a catch weight for their fight, likely to be at 144 pounds. A similar size issue will come into play during Pacquiao-Mayweather talks. “At the right weight? No problem. At 147? Forget it,” Roach said. “Manny doesn’t need it. Manny’s best weight is 140.”--

  8. Yes thats when Floyd first brought them up, but in the begining they just wanted 3 blood tests, start of the tour, 30 days before the fight and after the fight.

When Pacquiao agreed, Floyd moved the goalposts once again.

  9. He brought up the blood testing issue.

he didn't bring it up, he put it in the contract. Pac was the one who refused to sign it and made the excuses.

    :rofl

Let me guess....Floyd told you this personaly, right? How convenient that when its time to fight Pac he comes up with this ****.

  12. How do we know Floyd ain't using, with long breaks away from the ring he can take anything he likes and not even get a WADA standard post fight urine test.

You think 30 days of testing is OK, WADA disagree.

Only one boxer takes Olympic Standard Test and that is Nonito Donaire.

How the hell is Olympic Style Drug testing 3 blood tests? :patsch:patsch:patsch:patsch:patsch:patsch:patsch:patsch:patsch:patsch

  14. He brought it up in the 11th hour when he had to sign the contract. Then when Pacquiao initially agreed to the test, when they were 3 tests at certain dates Mayweather kept moving the goalposts till Pacquiao said no.

Mayweather knew about Pacquiao's aversion to giving blood, because he publicly stated it in an interview after the Morales fight and in the 24/7 Hatton vs Pacquiao, he shows he not comfortable with the blood test and takes the day off training for it.

  15. It is not a few tests over 30 days neither.
