What the hell is wrong these days? I cant believe even the fans think this way.

Champions should fight the best at all times, punchers or no punchers. Brawlers or technicians! It doesnt matter, they should always fight the best!

 

Think hes fought 4 times outside of California.

Thats the same number of times Kessler has left Denmark.

And about the same number of times Calzaghe fought outside of Britain

 

Yea he should stay away from punchers like Miranda, Abraham, and Froch

Stick to feather fisted fighters like Kessler and Green.

 

This is what's wrong with "boxing fans". So quick to criticize a fighter for mistakes they made in the past and not acknowledge the more rect accolades they have accomplished. AA, Froch, Kessler are much better punchers and fighters than Boone and he made them look like inexperienced sparring partners. Reminds me of people saying Gamboa has "no chin" yet beat Salido very clearly.

What's next, Pacquiao can't take bodypunches because he was ko'd when he was a scrawny kid yet he whooped Cotto & Marg and took their best(other than 6th rd with Marg) punches without hesitating?

Personally I thought that was a great uppercut by Boone. Ward still won the fight however, so he surely did not capitalize on it. This is why I love boxing, all it takes is one shot. Ward will still dominate.
