    Monday - Boxing
    Tuesday - 3 mile run
    Wednesday - Boxing
    Thursday - 3 mile run
    Friday - Boxing
    Saturday - 3 mile run
Sunday - Boxing, 3 mile run right after

Bassically my gym is only open for 4 days with sunday being open only from 1-3pm and the rest from 4:30 - 8

Im trying to figure a good balance, because this week i acually ran for 3 consecutive days in the mornings, while last week i went twice in a week with 2 days rest in between. I went to the gym the past 3 days with sort of sore legs and wasnt really able to give the gym my all like i usually can. I don't want to overwork myself.

Im considering sprints when i build a better base of cardio. I honestly just started to take training more seriously since i finally decided to quit drinking alcahol completely even though i only drank once every few months, i had a bad habit of binge drinking whenever i do so im done with it.

It's really hard to give advice when we don't personally over see your daily work out.
You should be able to do both your 3 miles and a gym work out on the same days without alternating.
If your gym time is over 2 hours, then maybe run two or three times a week.
Need more details for better advice. Don't be afraid to put on the work.

Ill editt and tell what I do tmr when I'm on the computer. Am I the only who feels sort of less energetic though? I did running in the morning then went to the gym, my legs were still sore. Half a mile I run uphill in sort of a snakewaaay path. Then the rest is flat ground.

Your body needs to adjust, give it time. Also, keep up the calorie intake and get at least 8 hours sleep every night.

You don't need an aerobic base to start doing sprints. Just do it.

You'll find 2-3 sprint sessions and a 3-4 mile run once a week will give better results than 4 3 mile runs.

I wanna be prepped for my first ammy bout when it comes to cardio I want to be able to go cardio wise. Im planning to compete competetively. I woke up wwith a sore throat today, first I've gotten even close to sick in the past two years. Did I overrtrain myself? I think I won't be trying 4 consecutive days of running.

Okay ill do just that, could you tell me what to start with though? I know first time really doing something will make my legs quite sore and I always have a habit of overdoing things. How long are the sprint sessions?

Okay, first I like the idea of building a better base of cardio before doing sprints(the sore throat MAY be an indicator of some things and this is something most folks don't consider when putting together a program, its just go and do it, without consideration of too much physical stress too fast). I think that we need to know the duration and intensity of your boxing workouts before knowing the extent of conditioning work you should implement.

One thing is you need a day or two off, without a doubt.

I'm in the gym for a 2-3 hours, tbh the intensity isn't too high unless I'm sparring or doing mitts. A lot of the time I'm going through the motions because I still am a begginner learning and mastering the basics. I boxed at a mcdojo for 6 months and boxed aat my new gym for 6 months.I do 3-4 rounds of sparring once or twice a week at any random day my coach wants me to, and the rest I do mitts for 4, 3 minute rounds.

From my experience doing sprints has been much more beneficial than longer distance running. Saw a good rosstraining article a while back, Im sure its floating around the internet, that said to aim for 4x600m sprints with a min break between for a 3x2min fight. In prep for my first fight I worked up to about 4x400 (got sick in the month leading up so never worked up to 600m) and didn't gas at all on the night. Did that 2-3 times a week.
