For one he has systematically avoided any dangerous heavyweight apart from Wlad. What Haye wants to do is beat a young contender outside of a bloke who's not even the best in Britain and only claim to fame is going the distance with two injured fighters in Helenius and Vitali.

And yes, making an extra $10 million is a big deal for a final fight considering Vitali's net worth is in the $30-$40 million area.
