    The we're no negoitations you clown. They werent keeping their options open. Arum and Koncz both said publicly numerous time they aren't pursuing a fight with Floyd because he came out of jail. Both Koncz, Arum and 50 all said there was NO negotiations about a Floyd vs Manny. In June arum announced Manny would fight either Cotto, Marquez, Bradley next and not Floyd. If actually pay attention you would have known Arum tried to make an offer to Cotto weeks before the Marquez fight got announced. The only reason Koncz and 50 was talking was because of Pacquiao MP Promotions, MP promotions is in a dire situation. And needs to help. When did Floyd make excuses about not fighting ? He's only done one interview with Fighthype and got asked how much weight had he lost and he's said 15 lbs, he never made any excuses about It. About no fighting, what else is he supposed to say, he's not be approached about a fight yet
