Yea, a GGG fight is more tantalizing than a Pirog fight, and definitely a Geale fight. But if Martinez is planning to go to 154, then you can kiss all that goodbye.

He's looking to cash out. Nothing more. He's the one who since the fight was talked about who has done everything to avoid it. Now that his career is coming to an end he's trying to get the biggest payday he can.

I won't blame him, but it's not what I'd wish for as a fan. I'm in favor of the "leave a legacy at MW while you still have time" route. I'd only be interested in Floyd; Cotto has zero appeal; Canelo maybe a little.

  5. Say the diets/regime you're on makes you lose a 1lb a week, now after about 10 weeks you will stop losing that 1lb a week.

Your body will be underweight and will try to get back to it's natural weight, same when you gain weight.

Floyd's story does not check out for me.

And plus putting size back on you already had, is much much easier than putting on fresh size.

2 months in the gym with the correct nutrition will have him back in the shape he was when he got put in.

We'll see in the next few months. He has a lot of winnable fights at MW still. But he also has some that might push him.

Yeah, but even the Chavez fight was a money grab. The good thing about it is that Chavez showed serious improvement over the year since Sergio started kicking up dust and was a legitimate top five middleweight. At least 1/3 of boxing fans thought he'd catch up to Martinez and stop him; sure as ****, it damn near happened. Helps he was looking Cruiserweight status. It's a good win. Golovkin is going to emerge as The Guy over the next several months imo and that will be one hell of a scrap I'd rather Sergio took sooner than later.

Maybe this is why they wanted 30 day cut off.

he doesn't give a sh!t anymore (***gots in this thread do) and just wants to end his career and give people what they've been wanting to see for 3 years now

prime Pac (circa 2009) probably can beat Floyd but I don't think he's got much of a chance now

All this talk is bull, june 5 2012 fight should have happened. Oh wait pac needed more time for his cut to heal, and to have a stadium built. July would be better, only days after floyd had to report to jail.

As usual pac and his team get loud about fight floyd once they have a fight signed. Where was all this talk before? Why was floyd not on the list of fighter when they picked for this fight?

******* and floyd haters are so blind to why this fight hasn't happened and they fall for this same dance every time.
