Rd 2 & 3 all Jones. Vitor ain't doing much at all, He's closed up trying to get a lucky sub.

yea I worry about Silva in the fight because he's used to being the taller fighter, but I think his speed, timing and skill can overcome Jones who is sometimes amateurish in his striking.
Like I said, it'd be a tough fight for both, but I think Silva pulls it off.

Bit of a fail by GrappleVitor there, fell in love with the idea of the submission and neglected his striking.

Dana's not putting the belt on Jones. Guess he's still livid.

Dammit. So close to perhaps what would have been my favorite armbar submission in that 1st round. Vitor exceeded my expectations though. Didn't think he'd make it past the 2nd rd.

Poor Vitor, he lost his last shot for a championship when he could almost grasp it. Kinda like Andy Roddick in Wimbledon 2009.

You look up my posts here 2 years ago and I would have been one sided favoring Jones but this stand up is a recipe for disaster. He better take him down asap and hope He doesnt bounce back up. Those skinny legs are going to look a very juicy target.

The reach is just too much for anybody. I'd really like to see how he would do against Cain or Junior. Good stuff by Jon, and good job by Vitor. Good fight.

He doesn't even look fully formed and he's dominating great fighter after great fighter.

I can't see anyone beating him unless he fights Silva, or moves up to heavyweight.

His elbows are like ****ing blades. Great tools to have in one's arsenal
