The same way they did it before modern supplements were available.

Tell me, is the modern way of cutting weight with supplements and boiling down to meet weight, sensible and healthy?
Is it? How many top level athletes do you know?

No the modern method isn't healthy but same day weigh-ins are less safe. Why wouldn't you want to take advantage of advanced nutrition?

Yes it is. I know a few :good

Supplements are a multi-million dollar business but dont tell sox people are using them, he will argue with you until the end of time that supps arent required. Still waiting for him to explain how a bodybuilder gets his daily protein intake, rekon he just eats meat all day hey Soxs hahahahah!

Modern day athletes use supps, just like modern day drivers drive fuel injected cars, just because it wasnt done in the past doesnt mean its not more efficent and cant get you better performance. Many studies have been done that prove supplmentation works, if you werent so farkn stuborn and a pig headed lazy **** you would have taken the time to read one of the hundreds of studys published.

You are so dumb, it's breathtaking.

    There has never been an

study proving the benefits of supplements.
Quite the contrary, there have been plenty of studies proving supplements have no benefit, except of course for all the side effects.
(The above of course assumes you're eating properly).

All of the BS being sprouted about the benefits of supplements are from the companies who make them, or by people with their hand in the same companies pockets.

Get back to me when your

Hey man. We should all listen to Sox. A man who has never competed at sports beyond park kick around. A man who doesnt even understand the studies he is quoting.

Down with all the protein shakes. Down with all the mineral and vitamin tablets.
