There is no point in making a point with you on this as you have already stated that any such research will be bias. you have already come up with a bullsht excuse before any studys have been shown to you. Its pretty common knowledge in the sports industry that supps do indeed help but since you dont play any sports you wouldnt have a farkn clue :good

The only bloke here who has provided some semi valid points is 20a87, the rest of you have nothing but garbage you've heard from supplement companies.

    creatine monohydrate
    increases muscle energy, short
    term endurance, strength, and
    lean muscle mass
    supports,
    insufficient data on
    long-term use
    mild legal

Creatine is an amino acid in the skeletal muscle, as well as the liver, pancreas, and kidneys. Supplemental
creatine is a popular ergogenic aid, but its benefits are limited. Research has shown creatine to be effective in
increasing muscle strength and power during brief, high intensity exercise lasting about one minute or less (such
as sprinting and weight lifting). It is believed to work by improving ATP metabolism. Creatine will not benefit
    endurance athletes.

the fact that the swiss companies so called proven research was partly done by the companies owner's own father doesn't raise concerns?

    very convenient imo.

U rekon creatine is usless? there is thousands of studys you can find that back up the research, i dont think anyone will say that creatine is usless, the point im trying to make is that sox claims you can find everything you need in foods, never mind the fact one would have to be eating pretty much the entire day, being a bodybuilder for example, but the fact remains that many supps like creatine just cant be found in foods.

I've done heavy weight training for 15 years the most I ever dabbled with was whey powder when I first started....which is a natural product. I got sick of wasting my money on it. I now just eat proper balanced meals and dont skip meals. A lot of the supplements promise the world and cost a fortune. I think the placebo factor comes in there. You think its doing you good so it does to some extent.

As for Creatine and the harder stuff that increase chemical levels beyond what the body could produce, I've always considered that cheating and have steered clear of them.
