everybody is saying to sox that there is endless proof. i'm just saying u sometimes need to see where this proof is coming from.

just cause its a multi million $$$ business doesn't mean its credible. and just cause millions of people take it doesn't give it cred either.

what percentage of people that take things having checked research properly? hardly any i would say.

I see where u guys are coming from but the AIS is an independent source and has MANY articles on supplements. Whilst you can find creatine in meat you cant get enough of it to benefit you in any way. Creatine is also a cell volumizer. I don’t think that its cheating if what your taking is LEGAL.

There are also points to be made about the produce. For example, Soil degradation hasn’t been taken into account. The fertilizers added only maintain the plant they don’t increase nutrient levels in the food produced. Even more so, storage has to be taken into account, the vegetables/fruit degrade in nutrient value the longer they are stored.

Supplementation via food only is stupid, most if not all athletes take supplements.

Anyway he said he was irrelevant then 2 months later was asking for a rematch on Anzac day with a phony Aboriginal charity offer. Maybe what they played was just an excerpt but it clearly shows he called him a pissant and Rebecca and whoever laughing it up. Cringeworthy stuff.

There is no research that proves Creatine is of any benefit. It would be good if you could provide one of the "thousands of studys (sic) you can find that back up the research", especially if you can also provide the research that you're referring to with your circular statement.

    Creatine occurs naturally in meat.

Learn a bit about things if you're going to jump on a bandwagon and attempt to belittle other posters on the same subject. Until then, STFU The Grub.

I've been using creatine, and do feel the benefit from it. That said, I dont have the proper diet to get the same results if I didnt use creatine and protein powder. If I got all the protein I needed from meals, I'd pass on the powder, although the one I take is ****ing tasty.

Not sure if I feel the added strength, etc from the creatine as I've recently been taking energy supplements which give me a massive boost. Not sure which one gives me the boost, dont really care as long as it still gives me the kick. Not really down with a lot of the body science of it all.

Creatine is a cell volumiser i.e. it increases the volume of water each cell can hold, thereby increasing size and some strength however, it provides quick results that plateau just as quickly. The benfits you feel may be down to your body having large reserves of water and therefore dehydration doesn't occur as often.

Any results gained have to be maintained by continually ingesting Creatine, and once dosage is ceased, the cells eventually revert to their pre-Creatine reduced water volume state.

Research gas not been conducted to determine if there are any side effects of Creatine, many assume that because it occurs naturally in foods that it is harmless but not enough is known about the potential effect sustained longterm use may have on the liver and kidneys.

Many people load up on Creatine and lift weights only to end up bloated, and with that most cliched of effects "pumped up tits and biceps" due to all of the water retention, like our little buddy The Grub...some might even refer to this state as 'tuck shop arms' or 'bingo wings'.

Used by genuine athletes and combined with a proper diet and training regime (that includes cardiovascular training as well as resistance training) Creatine has it's uses - used by weekend warrior weight lifters like The Grub, who sit around kissing their water-filled biceps in the gym mirror and avoid all cardio lest it might strip them of their precious bloated "muscle" it is useless, just like that ectomesodwarf himself.

I already said that you can get creatine in meat, problem is that the levels you get from meat are not enough to benifit you in any way shape or form and you tell me to do some research 1st lol , did you do any when looking that up on google? if you did then you would know what im saying is FACT. Creatine also increases strength, something you do not mention , why is that? mr research on google guru lol

beta alanine is another supp you cant get from foods, it benifits as a lactic acid buffer. And i dont need to read up on any research papers to know it works because unlike you twat ive used it and dont just sit on the couch reading sht on google then proclaim im some expert in the feild. Ive also got a good m8 who runs a supplment store, when i told him what was written on the ESB forums about supps we had a good laugh at you ****s.

Now back to Creatine, i did give a hint about research papers that have been done via independant sources but i guess the guru on supps missed the boat on that one also, so here goes..
