Frampton was a beast tonight. Impressive stuff. Lindsay looked decent against a much bigger man. Good workout for him and maybe a blessing in disguise that Selby fight was cancelled. Think commentators were a tad harsh on Lindsay tbh
Just back from the Odyssey. Frampton was fantastic tonight, he totally dominated Molitor, brilliant win. Lindsay fought a replacement who was a stone heavier than him, but what a fight, Lindsay threw non-stop bombs to keep the French lad off him. O'Kane had a war with Terry Carruthers (who was half a stone heavier than O'Kane) - the last round was a digging match, both rocked the heads off each other. McCloskey's opponent was one-dimensional and had no power but he still shipped so many clean shots, I think he is not the same fighter and will get hurt if he gets in with a puncher with pedigree.
Depending what weight Ricky Hatton is fighting I think Paul McCloskey might be the man he fights in his return fight. Look it at this way a win for Paul puts him back in the World title mix. No one knows how good Ricky is going to be on his return and if I was McCloskey I would be begging for Hatton now. For all we know Ricky might be finished so whoever gets the Hatton fight has a great chance of winning the fight if Ricky isnt back to the Hatton of old. As for Frampton looked impressive. Brilliant took control from the start and done a number on Monitor last night so impressive. Were do they go next. Do they push Carl in with a top 5 boxer and see how he gets on but I think the quaility is there in the Super Bamtamweight division for a Super 6. Donaire , Rigondeaux , Poonsawat Krayingdaenggym , Mares , Frampton and 1 other. Wow that would be some Super Six. I didnt put in Nishioka as he is too old by the time they would sort this out an Donaire is going to take his title anyway.
Good result for the jackel - he looked a monster lastnight - i would fancy him against anyone other than Rigondeaux who maybe too slick to tag if he gets on his bike. Ryan Coyne had a first round KO win against a hungarian at the Don Valley Stadium, Sheffield lastnight- He has dumped Don King and for sheffield based Dennis Hobson and now has targeted a world title shot against a European light-heavyweights so there could be interesting times ahead. interview: [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r9BYm3Q-joI[/ame]

Does anybody know what was exact money reason for fitzy pulling off show taught originally it was down to not being offered enough of a purse but heard today his team was looking for a 45percent cut of his purse for training/managing/promoting seems above the norm and doubt it's true but would be interesting to know the truth if anyone can shine some light on the situation??
