He was old, but he was obviously still dangerous and could clearly still pull the trigger and he did to Margarito then what nobody has done before, or since, even when the mans eye was hanging out of his head

So yes, I'd say the Mosely that Floyd fought, who would no doubt been full of confidence coming off a huge unexpected win, was in a better place mentally and physically, than the Mosely who fought Pac a year later coming off of a 12 round schooling and struggling to a draw with Sergio Mora.
