Reminds me of the time HBO hyped the **** of out Wlad and put him in a HW unification fight at the home of boxing, Madison Square Garden. He stunk out the joint so bad with a typical jab and grab performance that the crowd booed throughout, most left early and HBO dropped him. atsch Then when they finally show him again, against a former CW who stood in front of him with his hands down and his chin out he STILL refused to try and put on a show instead jabbing, grabbing and retreating, no doubt getting himself banned from HBO AGAIN!!!!
the only difference is Wlad wins by doing that. Haye loses by doing that. so if youre gonna stink out the joint, at least win
So what you're saying is Wlad is a boring fighter who wins by jabbing and grabbing. And against smaller guys? Cool. Finally we agree, Wlad is a very good effective fighter but he's also dull as dishwater due to his over cautious nature, stemming from being embarrassingly KO'd on several occassions.
Haye brings excitement, look at his KO ratio, when opponents come to fight, Haye knocks them out. Wlad jabbed and grabbed a guy he held a 30 pound weight advantage over! He held back on his punches, and threw hundreds of jabs and could hardly find his mark. In a rematch, you'll see the Haye who threw 60 punches in the first round against Chisora, take Wlad into deep waters. In London, without Wlad's home comforts how will he react?
Why would Haye deserve a rematch with Wlad ... was there any doubt after the first fight who was the better? Maybe the broken nail on one toe could be the reason?
Yes Wlad has become safety first type a guy but that isn't the argumenet... the argument is that Haye knew what he was getting into? after all he was going into the fight claiming that Wlad is the most boring fighter in the world and he was going to whoop his ass... yet when the time came he didn't deliver... not even close, he didn't go for broke even though he was losing and he knew it, infect he followed a boring fight plan where he would throw a looping power punch in hopes of hitting the jackpot. The klistchkos i can respect because they know what they do and they don't deny it, they don't promise the world and then don't deliver, on the other hand Haye talks a load of crap... and he fooled the entire world and is doing it again. I dont buy into his crap, i am sure you don't buy into it either but i could be wrong.
