I wonder why TCboxa stopped posting in this thread :think

Could it be that it's shown him to be a bandwagon-jumping, uneducated, name-dropping, google scientist who runs away when his cover is blown?

Yeah, I reckon it might be

complete fckwits would be some armchair experts whom have never played sports in their lives, claiming supplments are usless! :rofl

Brua, creatine was used as an example, just like beta alanine yet you fail to grasp the concept or debate and mearly stick to one supplment being creatine. The debate wasnt about Creatine only, it was supplments in general, there is thousands of supps, so dont just sit on one, talk about them all since the debate raised by sox was his claim that supplments are not required if you are eating the right foods.

You guys amaze me living in your own world, one eye midgets living in the land of the blind, and Leon.. you should keep quiet, BJ flores vs Green wasnt at Dannyweight according to you because you spoke to Phil Austin and he told you he seen the contracts hahaha oh how wrong you were, you think your an insider but your keept in the dark and fed sht just like a mushroom.

I've played sports a few sports all my life, some at state and national level and had many close friends go further with league and boxing, spent more than what the average bloke earns in a year on supplements, most are good for **** all, stacked all soughts of **** together when I woke up,before training, after training.and still woke up everyday sore as **** and drained.the best thing that worked for me was eating quality food up to 6 times a day.not everyone just backs up there **** with manipulated statistics and studies.

It took you 6 days to come up with this?

Considering the thread title is about the twitter war between Green and Tarver you're in no position to tell me what I should be discussing in it.

I replied to your claims about Creatine, you chose to continue arguing about Creatine, I proved you had no idea what you were talking about, you started clutching at straws in an attempt to prove you had half a clue then you ran away

Everything you've written from "you fail to grasp..." onwards is you trying to project your own "qualities" onto others.

Now go and cry to your powerful friend about the big bad Brua, little boy :hi:

BCAA's would have helped with your recovery but im sure someones going to tell you that you can eat food right after a workout and get the same recovery benifits:good

I also think that guys like Ronnie Coleman, Cuttler and Phil Heath would strongly dissagree with you, not to mention mr Danny Green himself who takes supplements between rounds via the drink he digests.

I had plenty to add but you just wanna stick to talking about one supplement. If you had crasped the concept that was in disscussion you would have realised that creatine is just one supp, we were talking about supplements in general, kinda hard for you to grasp its all good champ,, should i stop replying now so you can begin counting the days until i respond again? hahaha
