Warriors reportedly offered him 4m for 3 years. Imagine what he would do there given the amount of talent available.

I doubt any other NRL coach works as hard as he does. He puts the players to shame with his work ethic. Even in the off season he is always overseas on fact finding missions at soccer, nfl clubs etc.

On the other hand the burden is not as much as not having won anything in 40 years.

Beau Champion told me what a nutcase of a coach Bellamy is. Perfectionist of the highest order, he described Titans training as a holiday compared to what goes on at the Storm.

Bellamy even has spies go to other teams training sessions and record it :-(

All the Souths players got the good oil also from Champion when he went to the Storm, he kept telling them how much harder they train compared to a Johnny Lang trained Souths, i'm pretty sure the boys understood what he meant when MaGuire turned up :yep

 

Building one team from ground up into a champion side without 11 internationals and the rest SOO players eg. Salary Cap cheats Storm :yep

Being the first coach going back to back in 2 different teams without doing an apprenticeship under the Mighty Wayne Bennett :yep

If Hasler isnt already the best coach in the game he will be very soon.

 

Hope Norm Provan gets to be a League Immortal tonight .

 

I thick hasler has the better accomplishments so far. He has won legit premierships afterall.
He's still a sour faced miserable **** though.

Hasler bought the moneyball system to the NRL and slowly other coaches like Ricky Stuart are using it.

Being a miserable **** must be a Manly thing although Tooves looks like he has electric prods hooked up to his nuts at times.
