PACQUIAO'S Lawsuit PROVED That PACQUIAO is CLEAN...

Actually, since Pacquiao was the plaintiff, all he would have to prove is that he never tested positive for steriods. It doesn't really prove he was clean though.

To be honest, the only time I doubted he was clean was when initially refused to take random blood testing. That's the main way the public finds out about athletes anyway. I don't think anyone cares about the Mayweathers' opinions. They sound like somebody's drunk uncles at a family reunion. Yea they're funny, but who really takes them seriously? And the history of boxing is full of **** talkers so who cares?

 

If Pacquiao didn't have a strong case why did Mayweather decide to settle?

 

Not at all. It proved that the Mayweathers made unsubstantiated claims that may have caused harm to Pac's reputation and thus his livelihood.

In no way, shape, or form does this prove Pac is, or ever was, clean.

 

A little over $100k to a guy like Mayweather is like me spending $50 to make a pain in the ass go away. Plus, it's not like Mayweather is likely to lose supporters over this.

 

It would have been funny to see Uncle Roger take the stand, ranting about A-side meths, and how Pacquiao is bullet proof:rofl

 

For whatever reason, Mayweather has a history of thinking it's better to settle. He did it with his domestic case, and with his lawsuit against Arum for his money in the Judah fight.

It's obvious he has no interest in proving his case. Which is stupid in my opinion. It really is all about the money with that dude.

 

Because litigation is expensive. If it was a slam dunk then why didn't they settle earlier? They probably saw the bills mounting up and both sides decided that they didn't want to roll the dice.

For what it's worth, I'm a law student. These cases are almost always losers. It has nothing to do with steroids, really.

One has to wonder why he never tool the test when everyone else was.

 

Now that I think about it. Pacquiao would also have to prove that the Mayweathers' accusations cost him money. He really had no case at all. Mayweather is either really stupid, or he really doesn't like to spend money on legal fees lol.

 

Floyd was offered a $50 million flat fee, he turned it down. Lets hope him and his family open their big mouths again, then Pacquiao can sting them for millions more and maybe he will have to fight Pacquiao then
