    Exactly.

He had a choice. Either way to fight Bute or fight Dawson, for less money and for no title. He had the choice to earn well and clean up the division but instead, he chose Dawson.

Exactly after saying he wants the fight at 168 and would not agree to 170 now goes and say that he might have 1 more fight or simply just jump straight to 175... I mean why didn't you fight Dawson at 175 for his belts if you wanted to jump weight-classes ?

yeah he was ducked by everyone who was worth a **** at 168 to enter a tournament watched by the world. No one ducked Bute. Bute was fighting Brian Magee, Jesse brinkley, that guy who Bika KNOCKED out in a round, handing glenn johnson his 16th loss (and 4th loss of 6 fights)

Yeah, but Oakland isn't exactly notorious for robbing people, is it. It's only known as being the place Ward likes to fight at. That's it. Unlike Canada where the crowd and the treatment can be pretty hostile. If you're an American fighter, staying in America to travel to someone else's town is far less daunting than leaving America to fight in someone else's country. The same would go for a Brit or a Euro - who, throughout their whole careers, would have always viewed America as the must-go-to place for greater exposure.

Hey ******. The others where in a tournament he wasn't invited into. And he did fight the one of the two who dropped out of the Semifinals of that tournament right away. Also wanted to fight the winner right after he made himself available by finishing the tourney. Also after being refused by the winner gone right for the second best men there. So shut your shitty mouth if you have **** for brains. Ok moron?!

Like the free head-butts it's fair and okey in a fight and not a decisive advantage anyhow.

Ward hasn't been in a close enough fight to need a robbery, but the scorecards when he fought Bika were among the very worst of the year. The California Commission also came across as somewhat shady when there was so much huffing and puffing in response to Abraham's request for neutral officials.

Please be so kind to tell us which fighters were robbed in Oakland?? Been hearing this a lot coming from haters so I would personally like to hear who has been robbed of a decision since most of his fights werent close.

i said they couldnt have ducked Bute by entering a tourney. did i say that was Butes FAULT? **** NO i didnt. I didnt say one negative thing about Bute.
Ward turned down a fight with him after a tough tournament against the elite....is that a DUCK? NO. Did it make sense? NO. If i were Ward i would have been all over that offer.

Mate, we're diverging a bit now. Those head-butts would have gotten away regardless of where the fights took place. They're accidental. They're not purposefully done. So I can't imagine many referees being harsh enough to punish him for them. And to be fair to him, his last few fights have been free of them.

I don't think a precedence for fighters being robbed in Oakland, although the Bika fight was close and not the near shut out the judges gave it. The issue people have with Oakland stems back to the Kessler fight when he was continuously headbutted by Ward. Whether they were intentional or not, a good referee should have picked up on it.

Bute was tied up in fights before Ward was offered Dawson and still is now.
