He can't. Floyd produces more revenue and makes higher paydays. Pac can't dictate **** to Floyd other than glove and ring size maybe.

It is clear who is on the "A" side when these negotiations take place. Manny agreeing to the testing and agreeing to take less (though still not what he's worth....41%) shows he is the B side of these negotiations.

 

Nothing against Floyd. But when you have to give a long explanation to just justify your decisions it's because u r insecure.... Floyd, just say that u r not interested on fighting PAC and that your legacy is cemented. That u r a hofamer and that u dictate your own future and that's it... Anybody else can kiss your ass...
