Would you say he's not the kind of guy you can ever put 10000+ vCash on?

Ehh, lets see how it goes, if he keep knocking them out you'll have been right. I'll go with the fighter's history for now. It's not like it was a surprise Dawson was in bad shape at 168, it was only common sense. You haven't heard all those Dawson training camp stories, or you choose not to believe them?

it seems it's funny post after funny post today.

ward had the same power that he's always had. dawson just couldn't take it after being drained. he got knocked out by mirander in sparring. and he weighed just below 174. they said he looked like **** at any weight lower than this.

and there's six pounds to go. it meant nothing. give it up.

What is their to give up?.. I said he should have fought him at 175 so that he would get FULL credit with no excuses for the win, BUT I believe the same would have happened if the fight were at 175 that night... And no I don't believe Chad got KO'd by Miranda in sparring .

Chad was not world ranked at all.

Corrales was ranked ahead of Floyd at #5 in the world while Floyd was #7 in the world at the time.

Top 10 world ranked fightes (Ring, ESPN, S.I) when Floyd fought them.

    Corrales #5
    Hatton #8
    Marquez #2
    Mosley #3
    Cotto #10

I believe Kessler and Dawson should fight at 175 and the winner gets the rematch...hopefully sometime around when Ward is moving up to the weight.

Did you check the 30 page Miranda sparring thread here? How about this item from the scene:

    http://www.***********.com/mirandas-trainer-confirms-dawson-drilled-sparring--57004

Dawson's trained asked point blank, didn't bother denying, but said Dawson was unbelievably drained:

Stop this nonsense. One win against a fighter drained at the weight & now Wards the no.1 people that make threads like this... Make me wonder, when did you start watching boxing 2 years ago....
Look at Mayweathers body of work...factor in how old he was at the times of major victories
    against top opposition...multi-divisional champion...numerous defenses....

    Stop this nonsense...please

Wow... This is a remarkable thread. Is this a genuine question?

Hatton, Cotto, Oscar, Judah, and Corrales are all much better wins. Much, much better.

The Corrales one is closed in terms of scenario (weight drained) but the performance far exceeds Ward's.

This interview was after Ward already destroyed Chad so it holds no credibility.. Fighters and trainers always make excuses after a loss. Personally I gained much respect for Chad cause thus far he's said all the right things. Bottom line is Ward would have beaten Chad that night even if it was at 175.

Nobody said anything about a "body of work".. Floyd has clearly had the more glamorous career thus far.

I agreed with you Corrales, although some could argue he was also weight drained and wasn't mentally into the fight due to some personal issues. The other names u mentioned I already gave my reasons as to why they aren't better wins. Make a counter argument if you disagree.

Mayweathers win over Marquez was better than Wards over Dawson and that is saying something.
