There is going to be alot of middleweights that avoid this guy, and Quillen has a tough fight coming up anyway. Macklin or Geale might fight him.
Doesn't Quillan have an upcoming title fight with N'Dam real soon? I'm guessing Golovkin will want to fight again before Quillan has his fight and gets prepared for another. The logical fight is GGG and Geale since they both just recently finished fighting around the same time.
I like Macklin but hes getting ko'd if he goes for GGG. I think Geale might take it, if its given a good HBO date with money behind it. Geale could do OK because he has good movement but Golovkin would catch up to him. I think it was in a ESNEWS video, Quillen talking about sparring Golovkin and you could tell he'd rather not have to fight him.
As much as I hate the FACT the GGG is gonna have a tough time making fights due to his serious power advantages over the rest of the division, I think he should really focus getting that WBA and IBF title from Geale like you said. The WBA has told Geale he had until December to face GGG, and if GGG presses the issue he could essentially force the fight.:deal
He can't force the fight, Geale can just drop the WBA belt and keep his IBF. He has more loyalty to them anyway since it's his first belt
All it would take is for the IBF to order their mandatory Soliman in the same timeframe. Or Geale lands a money fight, say Sturm rematch. Either of those would be legit for Geale. As i said, he's got more loyalty to IBF, and Sturm can make it more worthwhile
no one wants GGG,geale will vacate the title and GGG will fight a bum for the belt...or or....hbo give geale a good date plus money and geale takes the fight...but most likely they'll tell geale to vacate and then they can build a super fight between GGG and geal. qullin does not want anything to do with GGG.....no one does..the guy is a freak monster
