....it's RANDOM testing...the same kind they use in the NFL and NBA. Floyd was smart in how he "branded" his testing and the fact he sought out the USADA was very calculated.....Floyd called it Olympic Style because it added credibility to his cause...

Which wouldn't have been a problem if he was doing it to better the sport instead of doing it to tarnish another mans image and avoid the fight.

When Floyd and Bob were going back and forth about the whole cut off....blood tests and who would administer the testing....the NFL and NBA were in the mix...that was the request of Top Rank and it seemed they were going to agree to that...but then Floyd took a hard stance on ONLY using the USADA.

You know how negotiations are.....it's a power struggle...one guy wants one thing the other wants another...they're suppose to compromise... But Floyd hasn't really wanted to compromise.
