He'll go away for a year or two.

Pacquiao said he'll do 45-55, and probably will do 40-60.
Martinez said he'll take 20-80 in the past and will give Floyd the lions share.

BOTH GUYS are calling Floyd out on ESPN.

If Floyd decides to fight someone not named Sergio Martinez or Pacquiao, he'll look like a punk. And I don't think he wants any part of Sergio, and looks like he doesnt want to fight Manny?

    He'll retire.

He simply can't fight anyone else but Manny or Sergio with the recent events.

If he does, the people won't buy his bull****.

Too be honest, I'm a Mayweather fan but this makes me very sad the fight never happened. Regardless of where the fault is. :-(

Hmmmm you might be right... We all know Floyd doesn't want anything to do with "Sexy" and Pac!

I think him not fighting Pac has to do with him and Bob Arum moreso than anything else.

And I genuinely think he does not want to fight Martinez.

The third option is retiring and coming back in a year or two when new faces have made a splash on the scene and he can fight someone like Berto should he beat K9.

I don't think Floyd has that kind of time. He's 36 in February.

  9. Floyd wants Sergio to fight Dirrell.

    :rofl

Wait 12 months for someone like Andre Berto and 80pct of the lions share and sell another "comeback" to the public is too much for him?

    Remember, Floyd is well preserved.

Floyd can fight Alvarez and make more money than the Sergio fight.

I'd still favor him to pick someone like Alvarez apart. Manny too, but that situation is... Sergio is by far the one that makes the least sense for him. He'd make a lot more money fighting either of the former two with a much better chance of coming out on top.

That is true, but Alvarez has yet to call out Floyd like Sergio and Pacquiao has.
