Prime Jermaine Taylor vs Sergio Martinez

JT takes this by a 7-5 ish, maybe even controversial decision. Martinez is very overrated on this forum.....

 

He's fighting again in the winter against Sergio Mora...they'll see how that goes, then go from there. He had the issue with the prostitute/drug dealer a little while back that held things up some. All that said, he's just not there anymore, I mean I know he still loves to fight...wants to fight, but based on the Truex fight it's just not there. I'll support him either way, just hope he stays safe and maintains his dignity.

Taylor had one of the most perfect textbook jabs ever. That's why he gave Hopkins so much trouble imo (even though we all know he didn't win both those fights).

But that's his problem, his jab was so "textbook" that he became predictable and started getting ktfo. That and the fact that he gasses really badly late in fights. I mean damn, I still think he smokes weed.

Taylor had a GOOD jab when he utilized it. An all time great jab? You need to watch far more boxing.
