Do you find it riveting to act hard on the internet? Does it make your pecker grow or something?
You have some of the most ******ed logic anyone's ever read.

I just finished your 'Ward fought a better version of Kessler' thread. Acting hard on a boxing site will not change the fact that you are a virgin in real life who is still searching for that first hand to hold.

Are you stealing Team Elite insults now or something? Didn't they verbally **** your soul in numerous threads? Last time I check that Bailey poster had you crawling like a lost little lamb braying for her mama.

    Earl, that's just the venue.

Europe get bigger crowds on the night, but the biggest fights are in America.

There was around 38,000 to see Haye vs Chisora.

There was around 17,000 to see Manny vs Bradley.

There was around 19,000 to see Martinez vs Chavez.

Do you think that globally, the Haye fight was a bigger event than the other two?

It's nothing to do with how many turn up to the venue. Because if it was, places like the MGM, would never hold any fights. The money comes from the promotions, networks and the PPV.

Oh give me a break. The fight was in Sheffied. Calzaghe lived closer to there than Eubank did.

There was just as many Welsh fans if not more at that fight than English.

    This ^

If gate numbers were the be all and end all. Julio Chavez would have spent his career fighting in front of 100,000 fans in Mexico.

Instead he fought nearly all his big fights in America.

Hatton, Hamed, Lewis etc could all fill football stadiums in Britain but instead they decided to come to America for the big fights

Hi mate, I couldn't agree more.

These guys have no idea about the business side of things.

One final example, to put this nonsense to bed.

Calzaghe fought Kessler in front of 50,000 fans in Cardiff, in 2007.

Earlier on in that year, Oscar De la Hoya fought Floyd Mayweather in Vegas, at the MGM Grand, in front of around 17,000.

Stupidest question ever, which one was the bigger fight? Ha!

The De la Hoya vs Mayweather fight, was one of the biggest fights in the history of the sport.

Why didn't they stage it in a 120,000 capacity stadium?

    Because they didn't need to.

It was on HBO, and the fight grossed over $120,000,000 in revenue, and 2.4 million households bought the PPV.

    Regards, Loudon.
