    Ah, OK. Just a language barrier thing, then.

    In English, "good night" is usually said as a farewell. "Good evening" is more of a salutation equivalent to "good morning" and "good afternoon". :thumbsup

    In Dutch there isn't a distinction made between pleasantries for night and eve, is there? Just goedenavand?
