Boxing's 90% mental. Hence Floyd's desperate need to gain pre-fight psychological advantages with all the threatening and trash talking. He wanted to invite Victor Ortiz's dad and Robert Garcia for ringside! It wasn't about the TESTING - it was about wanting Pacquiao to bend to his will before the first bell even sounds. Mosley had just beat the brakes off Margarito after that Roach and Arum didn't want no parts of Mosley only until after Mayweather exposed Mosley woud they take him on.

 

I rate both guys wins against Cotto about even, maybe slightly towards Mayweather's as Cotto seemed in a better frame of mind for the fight and had no trainer issues this time.

So it comes down to their other fights and for me beating P4P#3 in Mosley was much better than beating Margarito who has a question mark against his career and how good he actually was after being exposed as a cheat.

 

Please explain how Floyd could actually know Manny would duck the testing and try to take away from the integrity?

To school you real quick...Manny originally agreed to the testing. It wasn't until 12/22/09 that it became a problem.

So please explain using logic, as to how Floyd could possibly know?
