He has a strong chance of walking Waldo down and stopping him. A tough ask but certainly doable. He's clearly a level above Sanders, Brewster and Peter who sparked him previously or pushed him to the limits. Povetkin Waldo will be the definitive fight of this era.

I'd like to see Povetkin fight Holyfield first as I don't think he's quite ready for Klitschko. This all feels a bit rushed to me. Let's hope they don't ruin this kid.

Complete mismatch :-( It will be worse than Powetkin-Rahman.

Would Wlad hold two WBA belts if he beats Povetkin?

Nah, it would become vacant again so some other HW can pick up a paper belt.

    Would be funny though :yep

No, he would've unified his belt with his own alternate universe belt, becoming the super hyper regular alternate universe bizarro world WBA uber multiplex International diamond champion.

Just as well or they'd have to make up another one, which he would probably end up winning too.

Funnier is, if the WBA somehow let Povetkin of the hook again and he defends his belt to another no hoper, their rules dictate that he would be upgraded to Super Champion himself making the mess complete.

So that's probably why they want to enforce it, so they don't look even more ridiculous as they do now.

You serious? Povetkin stands no chance. None whatsoever.

Sanders, Brewster and Peter all possessed certain traits that enabled them to trouble or beat Wlad, namely power and a great chin. Povetkin possesses neither, regardless of how many levels above them he might be.

Holyfield's a bit too much of a step up. Toney or maybe Holmes should be next.

Povetkin already ducked him and seeing Wlad's quotes on it, its clear he doesnt expect it to happen either. He hopes he can wait until Wlad and Vitali retire and become champion that way by fighting over the peices.
