i have no idea... its not even close either...

then again remember ESPN'S poll results stating in a landside that pac would beat SRR (most of em said by KO) .. they also said the same thing about ROBERTO ****ING DURAN!

i seen that poll a year ago and it still makes me sick to my stomach... i liked pacquiao but his fans made me really dislike him

    Marquez twice
    Barrera twice
    Morales Twice

thats 6 wins over HOF'ers, that alone can win him it.

Plus the whole 7 and a half weight divisions and a string of other good fighters and slightly out of prime HOF'ers and ATG

    MANNY PACQUIAO

    * Fighter of the Decade.
    * First to win The Lineal Championship in 4 different weight classes.
    * First to win 8 belts in 8 different divisions. (10 World Titles)
    * 3 Time The Ring & BWAA Fighter of the year.
    * 2 Time ESPY Best Fighter.

Who has a better Resume than that in the last 25 years?

Evander Holyfield (This guy has literally fought everyone)

    George Foreman
    Larry Holmes
    Mike Tyson
    Micheal Moorer
    Riddick Bowe
    John Ruiz
    Carlos DeLeon
    Dwight Qawi
    Buster Douglas
    Ossie Ocasio
    Michael Dokes
    James TIllis
    Ray Mercer
    Bert Cooper
    Bobby Czyz
    Pinklon Thomas
    Lou Savares
    Lennox Lewis

Beat 5 ATGs (Foreman, Holmes, Tyson, Moorer, Qawi who is also a HOFer)
11 successful defenses (of all World Titles)
4-time Heavyweight champion (arguably 5-time, because he was robbed against Valuev)
2-division world champion (Cruiserweight and Heavyweight)

    This.
    :deal

That's why Mayweather only has 2% of Votes, while on the other hand, Pacquiao has the Most votes at 37.33%

For overall competition, as well as wins,
1 is tough, sweet pea, Lewis, Hopkins, Morales, pacquiao and Evander all could be first.
    Then guys like Floyd, Barrera,
