    Lets not leave out all the facts, ok? Lewis dropped the belt to instead fight his WBC mandatory Mike Tyson, who was considered far more dangerous at that time and a much more anticipated fight. Nice try trying to take the heat off Vittles for quitting! :yep

    Come on let's not drag Wladimir into this. It's a vicious cycle. K2 lost so many times, it's easy to link and re link.

    I link Purrity carrying Wladimir around, you link Vitali beating Purrity, I link Byrd embarrassing Vitali, you link Wladimir beating Byrd, I link Sanders brutally knocking him out.. .etc

    They are a great tag team, but this is not about them. Why are you so offended?

    Byrd made him miss more than anyone before or since, and that is what caused the injury that made Vits quit. This is not disputable, but 100% fact!

    You better check your "facts". Lewis was supposed to fight Byrd after Tyson but he gave up IBF belt rather than facing Byrd.

    And who did he fight next instead? That's right, he defended against the WBC number one again and beat him too. You would be crying "duck" if he fought Byrd instead of Vittles and than retired, so there will never be any pleasing of a Klit stan on this topic. Funny thing is this is a Byrd thread and you chose to Bring Lewis up. Riddle me this Batman, what do both Byrd and Lewis have in common? Answer: they were the two best fighters Vits fought and both beat him. So tell me, is THAT a fact? :yep
