The answer is simple. He's been knocked down once vs Judah which was called a slip when he came forward throwing a right hand to the body and got countered with a right hook. The shot didn't hurt him, but it did make his glove touch down.

He's taken one 8 count though when he landed a left hook on the top of the head of Carlos Hernandez and hurt his hand and then dropped down from pain which made the ref start the count despite him not being hit (or even punched at)

If anything the Mosley fight showed he doesn't have a glass chin.. But Iron? When he took a flush punch from a solid puncher @ 147 (Shane Mosley) he did get noodle legs.. :yep So Floyd has superb defense with a slightly above average chin.. Is that fair?

 

Not really.....Zab was the closest person who came close to knocking Floyd down....glove touched the canvas but wasn't really hurt. Shane hurt Floyd but held on and came back the same round.
