 he didn't come close to struggling against Malinga or Close, (not sure who Costa is?)....cruise control. Schommer was tricky, and granite Collins didn't stop coming.

Eubank is a true iron chinned warrior, the sad thing is we'll never know Roys true level as he was a steroid abusing disgrace.

    Maurico Amural Costa

Of course he struggled with Malinga
Eubank should of had at least 3 losses on his record before he even faced Collins
    Benn II, Schommer and Thornton
    Thornton was a journeyman
    Schommer was a club fighter

Chris Eubank was a great man. A great fighter. A true ATG - in and out of the ring.

Schommer was super skilled, shown by his victories over Virgil Hill, Tim Littles and Bomani Parker in the mid-80s. Thornton showed his class against Sosa and Toney and was US champ and ranked #1 by everyone prior to his fight with Eubank, who dazzled him and had the fight already sown up after nine rounds..

He didn't look like he was struggling with Malinga from where I was sitting! Barely broke a sweat and didn't take one jab.

Chris is HOF but ATG???? For a holder of an unknown title with few defences versus the big boys (though more than Calzaghe), its hard to claim all time reference.

Roy Jones didn't come close to struggling with Malinga, no, Eubank on the other hand did.

I'm actually British, but imo Eubank was not elite, very good but not elite.

Jones clearly struggled with Malinga! He had to resort to feints to break his defense. Eubank hit him almost at will.

    Yeah that is true

Eubanks was a better boxer and technique than Roy Jones. Jones had the better athletics.

he beats nigel benn who beat mcclellan. Eubank's was elite:nono he was awesome and i would of liked to see Jones fight eubank's and benn because we think Jones would win but it would of been nice to see it just to make sure. Eubanks and benn were two super tough guys Jones wouldn't of stopped either of them. Benn would of ate some of Jones's punches and ran right at him throwing his own and even tho i think Jones wins i would of liked to see it 'just to make sure'
