I guess it remains to be seen. One thing I am sure of is that he wont die wondering. He is one of the very few cases of a Aus fighter being tested early as a pro. So many others getting around that have had the same number of fights and going no where. Its refreshing to see:good

casey has to lose 10kgs in 8 days to make the weight and never looked like the Joel casey of old with the weight and court over his head :(

Yep. Fears no one. Takes tough fights at short notice. He's dangerous. He needs a crack at Pouwnceby to be the outright no.2 in Austral

good point ..pad records..fight only in home towns/cities, against avge fighters or imports , make a few grand here and there, win a state title, than fight for the aussie title when its vacant, maybe even a wbf or some kind title no one cares bout... there are dodgy fighters trying to make a livin out of the sport but its the dodgy promoters who cheapin the sport...

That wouldn't help. I said to a mate before the fight I wonder what sort of mental affect the court case would have on him. I know Joel wouldn't make excuses but it would have defiantly played a part. You would be naive to think it didn't.

I didn't mind the fight, Blake fought a good gameplan targeting the body early and using the over hand once Pryor dropped his guard.

How far do you see capperello going in his career Dan?

It's hard to say definatly one of our best prospects. He is already fighting at a high level. I don't think he we win a world title but will probably get a shot. Good luck to him.
