How much better would Mayweather-Cotto had been at WW (2008)?

    What difference would it had made in your opinion when Cotto was still undefeated offically...

    It would have been an enormous fight. Same result probably just a bit closer and all round a much bigger fight.

    imagine an undefeated cotto who doesn't have the damages he got from margo and pacquiaio at his prime division.

    I would have loved...the undefeated...fight also...possibly in Madison square garden the puerto ricans filling the arena...or cinco de mayo in the mgm...epic ****...

    You're not considering that Floyd is also better @ 147 and with 8 oz's...

    and you're not considering that floyd is mostly a defensive fighter that time who doesn't take much risk.

    Miguel has been taking beatings his whole career - not just by Antonio and Manny. Obviously, the worst one resulted in his first pro. loss. If there is a "decline" in either, or both, it's more apparent in Floyd.

    Miguel seems to have this improved confidence about him that he didn't have earlier on, regardless of his battles.

    Agree,also imagine if Pac had not fought a drained and damaged fighter in Cotto which he got damaged from Margarito... Freddie knew this and even admitted it which is why they fought him and not Mosley..
