And now Hernandez's career is back on track. Going into the first Porpramook fight, I was very high on Hernandez, he has quite a few quality wins. At 108, clearly one of the best out there...

Some refs let the the fighter continue as long as they lift both their hands up to their sides. The ref just walks towards them and cleans their gloves with his shirt, this ref isn't one of them I guess.

It seems whoever lives in the country they're fighting in wears the man-pants.

I'd like to see the rubbermatch in Switzerland. :think

    I'd settle for Atlantic City.

What do you base that on? Gonzalez hasn't faced anyone of note at light fly. It actually annoys me.

Hasty it might seem, but I see Hernandez as the number 1 at this weight now.

What he did at 105 is irrelevant.

He doesn't have many good wins at 108. Ramon Garcia is a good one, but after that it is Omar Soto, Omar Salado, and Manuel Vargas, none of those three approach the quality of the Porpramook II win.

Accomplishment at the weight, not overall skillset and total resume.

I'm with you on this one Smoak. I think Gonzalez is a murderous puncher and could potentially rule the class, but his management really need to up their game in terms of getting him fights with serious world class opponents.

In truth, this fight was more one sided than the last fight, which featured blistering two way action up until the finish. This time around, Confessor dominated throughout, despite KP's best efforts to hang in there.

Think I would have to favor Confessor in a rubbermatch (depending on where they fight, of course)

^ Big cut on the left eye and one on the bridge of the nose, with potential swelling there as well...?
