I know smigga is abit of a twat generally I must admit I quite enjoyed His and bellows punditry last night - both came off well IMO.
very unfair on paul he is a good pundit and fine boxer give the lad a break its hard enough making a living out of boxing if sky want to use him good on paul and good luck to him, you carry on lad there are a lot of poisonus people on this forum and better with it and i bet none of the one's slagging you have ever boxed 100% on that all **** bags hiding behined there fake names cowards thats all you lot are with NO RESPECT for our boxers.
alright calm down, he was having a pop at a promotoer allegedly, not Paul Smith, and any one is allowed an opinion and theres a few on here that have boxed actually, but ray arcel wasnt a boxer but he was allowed an opinion
I was only asking how Paul is allowed to be on boxnation and sky.If its all good and his employers have no problems good on him.As ive said on here many times I like the guy as a pundit and a fighter.I even started a thread asking for RESPECT for the lad after the Groves loss. Was not having a go at him for being on sky just wondered if he had switched station.
You know, there are things called "full stops" and they're very easy to use, regardless of whether you're on a laptop or a phone. True, but Rob wasn't having a go at Paul. He was having a go at his promoter. Learn to read. Well, yes, but others can think what they want of him. The opinion of a few fans makes no difference to Sky's hiring policies. I get the first part but not the second. This is the bit I had a problem with. It's an age-old issue: if you haven't boxed, you can't have an opinion? Crazy - I never wanted to get my beautiful face smashed in, so it wasn't an option. But I love the sport and have huge respect for fighters, as almost everyone on here does (except Lirva). But don't be elitist - everyone can participate whether they're a former am or pro, an armchair enthusiast, or a keyboard warrior. Neither one of those carries any special weight of expertise - the only thing that counts is the truth of what they say. I did note the irony of you accusing others of hiding behind fake names while using "jako" as yours.
Hasn't this always been the issue though? I seem to remember it being talked about a lot but whatever reason doesn't happen or doesn't last long. Only Paul and those close to him will know what weight he can safely do or what fights are offered to him though so I'm reluctant to have a go at him.
I'd pay good money to watch Kenny Anderson give him a good hiding. Smith's a good pundit though but as a fighter he gets on my nerves.
