So if this were to happen, against all common sense, how would the following Super Six style tournament go?

    Group Stage A
Edwin Rodriguez vs Thomas Oosthuizen (USA)
Adonis Stevenson vs George Groves(in Canada)
James Degale vs Gennady Golovkin (GGG moving up from 160, this tournaments AA, fight takes place in the UK)

    Group Stage B
Adonis Stevenson vs Thomas Oosthuizen(in Canada)
    George Groves vs Gennady Golovin(Germany)
    Edwin Rodgriguez vs James Degale(USA)

    Group Stage C
    Adonis Stevenson vs Edwin Rodriguez(USA)
George Groves vs James Degale II
Thomas Oosthuizen vs Gennady Golovkin (South Africa)

Giving Rodriguez all USA appearances, because Herschman is running HBO now and seems to be pushing him.

    :think

How does this all shake out and who do you think takes the cup?

Rodriguez and Degale are the week-est of the bunch in my honest opinion. I expect Rodriguez to lose the first time he steps in the ring with at SMW who's in the first 7-8 of the division.

Stevenson is faaaaar worse than Rodriguez. MOF, Rodriguez has just enough chin, skills, and power to sustain an early assault from Stevenson then shatter his glass.:yep

This isn't a half bad idea. It would only add to the huge gains the division has made i. The last decade. It would ensure a bunch of pub for a whole new crop of up and comers.

I'd like either GGG or Groves, with Oost asmy darkhorse. But, after the last S6..... Who the hell knows what could happen.

I did. And per usual, Rosinsky made a solid top 10 fighter look ordinary while being beaten.:think

I guess the response to that could be "have you seen Stevenson vs Boone?"

I'm not as low on Stevenson as others. However, his chin is a legitimate question mark. I guess it's worth mentioning that when Aaron Pryor Jr was able to upset Librado Andrade he was able to parlay that into matches with top prospects Stevenson, Oosthuizen, and Rodriguez. Out of those 3, I think it's safe to say that Stevenson most thoroughly exposed Pryor Jr.as a pretender.

However, he wouldn't be going up against the Aaron Pryor Jr's of the world in my prospect super 6.:hey

For the triangle theorists out there...

    Some common opponents....

    Francisco Sierra

    Thomas Oosthuizen TKO 11
    George Groves TKO 6

    The afformentioned

    Aaron Pryor Jr.

    Adonis Stevenson TKO 9
    Thomas Oosthuizen UD
    Edwin Rodriguez UD

    Paul Smith

    James Degale TKO 9
    George Groves TKO 2

    Darnell Boone
    Rodriguez UD
    Stevenson got TKO'd in 2
Those are the only ones that come readily to mind. After Adonis Stevenson faces Don George next week that would be a common opponent between Stevenson and Rodriguez

There should be more of these Super 6 tournaments. Look what it has done for SOG's career.

Hey followers, I have something you should watch.

The entire division FEAR Adonis Stevenson.
    But you believe otherwise…

    1) Open a new tab, and go the YouTube
    2) Copy/Paste: adonis stevenson 2005
    3) Select the first boxing video, and you’ll see how he dominates Edwin Rodriguez back in the days…
    [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t8PlfI3sew8"]►WATCH IT►►[/ame]

*You’ll probably understand ((( WHY ))) Rodriguez is avoiding him so much, and why his team is carefully trying to move Rodriguez around, even if Stevenson is always ahead of him in every major and minor Belt ranking…

    Adonis Stevenson is Faster…

Groves V Golovkin final i'd imagine

I'd pick Golovkin but it's tentative, he's the same size as Abraham who had massive problems against bigger guys in the S6

Degale dark horse if he got his **** together
