I thought Carlos Zarate would knock out Wilfredo Gomez. I was wrong. And then I thought Gomez would beat Sanchez. Kinda blew that one, too.

Also, I thought Khan would win all three fights he lost, but I don't view them as bad picks really. He should have had the decision against Peterson and, if it wasn't for his glass jaw, he would have claimed the win against Garcia and Prescott. I'm sure of that.

When a fighter has a glass jaw, but is very talented, it makes it difficult to accurately pick and it doesn't mean you DKSAB if you get it wrong.

Its a shame what Toney has done to himself for most of his career.
That fight with Holyfield is the best physically Toney looked in all his heavyweight fights. His body at 217 lbs seemed to look less flabby in that fight than it was the fight previous against Vassily Jirov at 190 lbs.

Every fight after Holyfield at heavyweight, Toney was over or close to weighing 230 lbs, which for a guy his frame is ridiculouos.

    i made sum bad picks

    bute to beat froch
    abraham to beat froch
    chisora to beat haye
    cotto to beat pac
i thought hatton vs pac was gunna b a great competitive fight instead of a kick one sided wipe out

also picked dawson to beat pascal

i did pick garcia to beat khan tho.

    Morales - Barrera 1
thaught Morales would win a wide UD and Barrera was shot based in the 2 Junior Jones fights

    Terry Norris - Meldrick Taylor
Taylor by wide UD for me
catchweight was a huge benefit for Meldrick and his handspeed was superior
turned out Terry matched Taylor's handspeed at that point and he simply lacked the size and power to compete with him.

    Mike Tyson - Buster Douglas
after watching the Tucker fight there was no way this fight could go beyond 4
    every dog has his day

    Michael Nunn - Sumbu Kalambay
    Nunn by 116-112
Kalambay a master defender but Nunn would just win too many rounds
no way there is KO in that fight
this would have been a very even fight between the 2 top dogs at middleweight
perfect foot positioning and southpaw speed decided the fight in the first

I felt really good about Hatton vs Mayweather at the time.

Figured Pacquaio would gun down Bradley in 5.

Ya I totally agree with this statement. I was thinking about putting the Garcia fight down but didn't. I thought Garica who is a mentally strong fighter but doesn't do many things well was going to be given a boxing lession. However, you always know with Khan he's one solid shot away from big trouble. So ya with a guy like that you are never really a complete fool if he gets KO'ed. I'd still pick Khan in a rematch.....maybe then (by definition) I'd be a fool:D

P.s. also love the DKSAB acronym. LMFAO cause I've never seen that before.

Thats a good one:good I'm pretty sure if a lot of guys on this forum (even pascal supporters like myself) think back they'd probably remember being completely wrong on that one too. I remember a lot of people saying it was going to be an easy nights work and that the no skills pascal was going to get taught a boxing lesson.
