Manny; Cotto was not tactically prepared by any means.

Give Cotto 147, an actual trainer, good training camp, and im sure Cotto lasts the distance.

Pac would beat Cotto at 147 at that given time.

What would have been more interesting is if Cotto had a different trainer than the woefully inexperienced Santiago.

Ill still go with cotto. the combination of the catch weight and the rehydration clause is what beat cotto that night. Didnt have as much power stamina or punch resistance. But he agreed to it so its his fault.

Manny is better than Cotto and would stop him almost everytime and at any weight. This is not a Spinks/Hagler thing where both are ATG and Spinks would win at 175 and Hagler at 160 which is what would probably happen since both are great. but Manny is great and Cotto is very good. Manny would win almost everytime.

How do you think the circumstances surrounding Cotto's training camp effected him?

I honestly think if he had a proper trainer, wouldn't have made a difference.
Cotto is very hittable and Pacquiao is just a great fighter.

That's just my opinion and Cotto does not like to be pressured. So against Pressured Fighters, he has a lot of problems.
