Bruno would have to see the tape of the fight afterwards just to see what Jimmy Young looked like. Seriously, this would have been a shutout on all three officials scorecards.

Bruno had a PhD of a jab, and bigtime power. Great fighter and
A beast of a physical specimen. He was outclassing Lewis, then
He got playful didnt show enough respect for one second and
payed the price. Young is a a guy Im studying and enamored with.
I agree Russel that Young had an iron chin, the punishment
He took while remaining on his feet from Cooney was unreal.
Young too smart too slick wins a UD, gets rocked along the
way and has some hairy moments. Then they both hit up
The brothels and Jimmy shows Bruno how to have a good time
American style! Or Bruno treats him to some fine English dames.
    Haha Young UD.

While Shavers and Foreman both arguably hit harder than Bruno, I'd say Frank was still within that same fraternity. In addition to absolute sick punching power, Bruno had excellent conditioning, a good jab, and some more height and reach than the other two guys. Young was also spotty and could drop a decision at any given time. He also wasn't the type of fighter to beat Frank as those were typically hard punchers who imposed themselves on Bruno forcing him to fold. Young had no such abilities, and in truth probably wouldn't even dent his chin. Judges also tended to be a bit jaded by Young's rather boring and passive style. I know its hard to pick the man who was KO"d by Bonecrusher smith over the guy who had the scalps of Foreman and Lyle on his record.. But something tells me that this might be a fantasy upset.

Thanks Cobra ! I loved Big Frank, but he was the type of fighter that a prime Jimmy would have had a glorified sparring session with.

Young forgot more about boxing than Bruno knew...Bruno too slow of mind and foot to beat JY. JY stays one step ahead all night to win a UD. Frank wouldn't KO Young with one shot, but if he stunned Young, Young was canny enough to ride out any storm and resume outmanouvering Frank pretty comfortably.

There is always the chance in a 15 rounder that Frank would gas and get stopped by Young, on his feet, on the ropes and exhausted...
