Lewis had a great uppercut from the outside against aggressive swarmers but id say Tyson had the best uppercut. Dempsey should get an honorable mention

Tyson, Bowe, Lewis. I like Foremans hook/uppercut, kinda
deceptive. Tysons was perfect and when coupled with the body
shot just devastating. Awesome clip "kid dynamite". Bowe
Had perfect quick and short uppercuts on the inside, very
Powerful, rocked and hurt holyfield bad in the first fight.
Lewis is up there, not as technically good as Tysons or Bowes
But brutal power. I believe it was the final knockdown against
Michael Grant where Lewis adjusted a little and got more
leverage on his uppercut then Ive ever seen before.
Im not a boxer, but Ive heard the uppercut is one
of the hardest punches to master and throw compact. Thoughts

    Agree with you here.

He smartly took advantage of his size. Lewis would lean on his opponent and throw the uppercut underneath hiding his right hand anytime the ref couldn't see it. The Bruno and Grant fights were classic examples of this. He tried it against Tyson and Holyfield too.

I'd say I like Tyson upper cuts to the body. He would throw them to stop movers, mainly spinks, from runnng. But foreman's head uppercuts were amazing, if he hit you with it u r not slowing down u r down

A few guys not mentioned much in the skills department at heavy had nice uppercuts as well.

Povetkin. Rarest of breeds. conventional style that throws a real nice left uppercut. Maybe has the best one since Cooney--who deserves mention himself. His left uppercut was devastating.

Greg Page. He actually threw left and right uppercuts. What he didn't do was set up his opponents for it well, but the guy threw real nice ones from time to time.

He didn't use it much though it was brutal.

Moorer had a great right uppercutt. Very sneaky too.

    I like Foreman's left uppercutt.

Many HW fighters had great uppercutts actually...
