The WBA offered Dariusz a choice, he could either be the WBA champion or the WBO champion he could not be both. It was not only him that did that to they did the same thing to Kalambay and Mccallum.
That wasnt the reason he vacated the IBF belt

By the end of the four Dariusz had found the range for his right cross. It looked to me like Griffin was in serious trouble. Some people have complained that the stoppage was too early but I'm of the view that it was alright

I notice how you dont note How many felt Toney looked lucky against Tiberi and could only draw with S Williams and had how many disputable SDs?
Also not noted is how Toney never beat any top SMWs

Eubank never fought one top American fighter. He even admitted in his own autobiography that the only way he would of fought Jones was if Jones became his mandatory. He wanted nothing to do with Jones until the tax man was on his case back around 95. That was the reason he desperately needed to beat Collins because he wanted to unify with Benn for big money, Unfortunately for Eubank he lost to Collins again and Jones dismissed him. saying you are no good to me now that you have lost to Collins TWICE.

    No, Eubank didnt want it.

And thats been shown here time and time again.

The only time Euybank showed any interest in fighting Jones was after he lost twice to Collins.

Ive seen many other posts where it says Eubank wanted it.
even if Eubank still wanted it after Collins, Roy still didnt want it. Lets not pretend it wouldnt have been a nig fight, Eubank lost debatedly first time and by SD the second time.
Roy was happy to fight McCallum after he lost clearly to Tiozzo and if you look at the level Roy was fighting at when SMW champ, Eubank was a bigger better fight than any of Jones SMW defences, so once again Roy didnt seem to want it

Why on earth would Jones want to fight a guy who had been beaten twice in a row and no longer brought any money in???

As for you seeing "many other posts" saying Eubank wanted it. How about reading Eubanks autobiography and coming back to me.

Eubank was happy to fight in England on Sky for good money, and fighting Jones was the furthest thing from his mind.

I doubt if Eubank even made Jones an offer. I have never come across anyone from team Jones or HBO confirming any of Eubank's so called offers.
