No you get more fat and more muscle. Unless you want to take steroids and force the process gaining substantial muscle without gaining fat isn't going to happen.

I understand that but we are talking about an average guy here. 5meals a day means sod all!! That could be 5 apples for all we know. If the guy posts his rough diet we'd have a better idea.

What point are you trying to make? Is the op injecting test several times per day? Is he injecting insulin 4+ times per day? Is he taking a ton of pills to go with that too? Is he spending tens of thousands on HGH a year? What an absolute moronic post. Hey everybody, just go out and plow through 7,000kcal and you'll become a beast, Ronnie and Jay do/did it! Don't worry about that fact that you aren't on ridiculous doses of the most anabolic hormones you can inject.

No, the body can only synthesize so much new muscle tissue. You can gain muscle without TOO much fat gain, the problem is that people don't realise how slow of a process it is for non-enhanced athletes. I'd like you to present to me some convincing data that skeletal hypertrophy is linear with an increase in caloric surplus.

Increase the protein intake and i dont understand this no sugar? What do u mean by that.
Also you wont gain significant weight with that mini-program.Got the weightlifting room, use plyos and incorporate that in your training.
There is a useful article for u at Ross Enamait site.Increasing weight with functional training.i think its called.
