This is one of my dream fights that never got to happen for obvious reasons.

Just wondering what peoples thoughts are on how good Edwin Valero was or could of been??

This would of been an awesome fight.

the demarco fight is proof enough. The guy was a crazy talent.

The one issue was the way his chin was out in the open.

Manny would have caught that chin and KO'd him cold.

If he could have fixed that, he had everything else. Crazy talented, power, natural boxing ability, and you know he'd fight his heart out.

Wouldn't stop coming, wouldn't care about getting hit, kept hitting.

Even if he had a Hagler like chin, the way his chin was out... sooner or later a skilled puncher would have come along to crack it.

Yeah he showed such amazing heart in that Demarco fight...it was a real litmus test..i thought it was over but he fought through the cuts like an absolute warrior...very bad cuts too and very early in the fight

    So overrated.

Would have bottled it sooner or later when the going got tough.

Valero got a decieving defense. He looks like he is there to hit but he does pull back at the last second. From my pov i thought Valero is a natural fighter and a God given power. I think the fight against Pac would be interesting, depending on which version of pac are we talking about though.

    Pacquiao early KO.

No. The going got tough and he killed his poor wife, then took the cowards way out.

Slow as ****. Overrated massively due to his fan-pleasing style.
