    So if the champ loses against somebody ranked ranked #5 tomorrow,they won't become the new champ?

    I see. Looks like we need Pac and Floyd to retire then so there can actually be a WW champ.

    Nope, that wouldn't be a vote that would be taken.

    A Bradley-Pacquiao rematch could crown a champ if Mayweather retired - nothing else could.
