He tested positive for a second fight under the jurisdiction of a different agency and commission from the first fight.

**** all this political racial bull****, for the first time in ?I don't know how long, I've found a ranking system more objective than The Ring's.

This should be celebrated, promoted and wished the best of luck!

    I hope it continues.

    medical issues taken into account.

I'd imagine failure to negotiate a fight is also taken into account i.e. the gap between shane v margo and shane v floyd.

If a fighter is inactive, they're inactive. There's no need to make an exception for injuries. Why should a fighter be dropped out of the ratings if nobody will fight him, whilst a guy who is injured would remain? That makes no sense.

Either have an inactivity rule or don't. There's no point in differentiating between the cause of the inactivity.

The Board as a whole decides the rankings - members weigh in as to who should be ranked where and why, arguments for and against are offered (or break out) and are supported and challenged, a running tally is kept as per changes receiving support, and after exhaustion sets in, a representative draft is produced by the chairs and submitted to the Board as a whole for review. We work together to find as much consensus as we can and then we're done.

We will be doing our best to produce rankings that accurately represent and reflects the will of the Board. It can be done and it was done. The members are very sharp, reasonable, and able to work together under the principle that boxing is global and thus the Board has to be transnational -that is, it transcends national boundaries.

No one will be waving a flag unless they want to be ignored and left in a corner to sulk alone. We're looking for good argument as to why a fighter deserves to ranked at such and such a place.

I wish them the best of luck, but it's just like any other ranking system. Someone's subjective opinion.

I agree with the bit I've highlighted.

If the inactivity is enforced the fighter shouldn't be blame imo.
