    Some one's? These rankings aren't the product of one person. Nor is there one "at the top" who is merely considering the opinions of a group with no real power. The Board is the power as much as can be. When you have 25 guys with opinions that are indeed subjective but also informed, and all of their suggestions/positions are heard and weighed and factored in, that's representative rankings, wouldn't you say?
