I would have preferred to see him move away from domestic level now. It does seem a bit of a pointless fight.
some impatient fekkers on here. the skelton fight is fine at this point in his career. i'd expect him to step up to euro some time next year. perhaps fight a klit leftover like sosnowski or mormeck
i'm not sure what thats got to do with anything....most HWs these days will fight into their late thirties
I think the 6ft 5 and over types come into their primes once they're older than 30. Look at Lewis and the Klitschko's. Even someone like Wach looked like he had nothing about him until he hit 30.
Whilst I appreciate that Price is trying to stay active whilst attempting to win the lonsdale outright, once he disposes of Skelton who the hell is he supposed to fight for that all important fourth notch? http://boxrec.com/ratings.php?sex=M&division=Heavyweight&country=UK&pageID=1
Is still banned. And is coming of a string of poor results, (if not performances). I don't think it'd be wise to throw him in with Price just at the moment. Maybe after a couple of confidence boosting inter-continental title bouts.
He will reapply for his license early next year, roll over a eurobum in a few rounds and then fight Price late february/ early march. Can see wazza insisting on the fight as part of the price boxnationd deal.
is a bit of a waste of time really, would like to see him step it up, anyone going to the Price v Harrison II ?
He wouldn't KO Helenius. Helenius has way better chin and also hits harder. Besides they fought two times at ams and Helenius won both of them. :happy
So we have a full SIX years before Tyson Fury hits his primie, yet everyone is racing him into fighting Price tomorrow. Hmmmmm.
