Tony Bellew fought at SuperHeavyweight as a amateur. Its a minor marvel that Toney Bellew is able to drain himself out and still walk at 175 in my opinion. He would be most functional and healthy at CW, maybe even heavyweight. Its a testament to Toney Bellew's ability, that he is able to compete at 175 still!! Tony Bellew is not exactly a small fella, he is 6"4!!!! I wonder what would happen if they ever crossed pathways, ringside at a fight or something.
Ams and pro's are different. Didn't Tony say himself that he didn't stay at Heavy for the pro's because guys are too big at 6ft7 plus? Lol, just because he comments on this forum, doesn't mean you can't have your own opinion about him against other boxers.
Bellew is no Adamek and Fury is better than Kevin Mcbride Also Fury isn't really "plodding" as such your crazy...
Why do people keep saying Bellew faught at 'Super' Heavyweight in the amatuers?! Bellew faught as a Heaveyweight, which is the equivilent to a Cruiserweight in the Pro ranks (91 kg / 200 lbs).
I can't see anything other than a Fury KO win, I think his size would be too much and the were and tear of fighting a man that big will catch up with Bellew as the fight go's on, I think he can make it competitive early on though.
Wow, 'the boxrec bounce' in full effect on ESB it seems Sir Ray's picture has graced this thread for a reason. This fight is KO1 Fury
