Why do especially Brits dislike the Klitschko brothers?

    It is a very interesting case with the Klitschkos. Very respectful sportsmen, educated, humble and willing to prove that they are the best. Like a real Champion should.

    They had a very long dominance over the division, almost a decade. All belts in a division are captured by 2 brothers.
    Just unheard of. It is a magnificent story which you will tell your kids about.

    But the real question is, why do British people have such a strong hate for the 2 brothers?

    What is the reason behind this?

    Because the Klitschkos beat every Brit they faced?

    Because Brits cant dominate while the Klitschkos are around?

    You dont see Americans or any other nation try to discredit them because of that.

    Im british and i like them cos i like boxing. My mates who like boxing are the same.

    So you dislike them because of me? You mean because of their fans?

    We don't.

    We hate the fact that pretty much every brit hater attempts to use the fact to discredit the boxers we support even if their own are much worse with the fact that the Klitschko's are superior boxers to what we currently have, it's not the boxer it's the boxers fans.

    I can see that be a reason for that.

    But you could make the same kind of poster with American fighters who lost to the Klitschkos. And I guess the Klitschkos defeated more Americans than Brits in their careers.

    Still I dont see Americans bash and try to discredit the brothers for that.

    They retired one glass jaw Canadian wannabe brit.

    And retired the other wannabe world champion, who suffered from toe problems on the night.

    Also pulverized another glass jaw bum in herbie hide.


    That's all = a lot of butthurt fans.

    I quite like the Klitschko`s, they are nowhere near my favourite fighters but they are my favourite HWs, I prefer Wlad to Vitali because of the technique factor but like both.
