Berto just doesn't make for boring fights. Has been in 2 FOTY candidates so far and the Zaveck fight was on its way before the stoppage.
GOOD ****ING ****! **** Ghost a G whatever happens, Moves up 2 divisions and outclasses and schools Mayweather longtime mandotary, now is facing Berto at his second fight at a higher class. ' Ghost deserves his praise. WHICH ALSO MEANS, GBP set this up and they know Berto's teams plans to set up K9... so I'm guessing GBP is aiming for K9 for Canelo DECEMBER... I'm HOPING SO MUCH that happens YEAH!
Isn't Mike Andre's middle name? Or is Mike his first name and he just prefers to go by Andre? Might I inquire if you know him?
This is a real estate fight. Guerrero must keep Berto at a distance to win this fight. That means, he has to hit Berto with something to gain his respect. I don't think he has the power to do that, but we should know pretty early.
good fight, i gotta give the edge to berto tho.... i hope they put a good undercard that makes me wanna go. Mathysse vs a good 140 punders will do
He's fought a few times in and around my area and I've met him personally. All his people called him Mike and I do now too :good
Ghost would be better served staying inside. Mike's inside defense is really lacking. He gets nailed with uppercuts and shorts shots easily as he just looks to tie up. That's how Ortiz beat him and Zaveck was having huge success doing the same thing. Outside, Mike's hands are just too fast and his right hand in particular could bomb Guerrero out early.
:thumbsup I take it you were live at the Rodriguez fight in Memphis? One of my favorite uppercut highlights.
Berto back! Good scrap. I expect Berto to win in exciting fashion. I also think this could be one of those fights where the winner gets a shot at Floyd.
I didn't really care for his fights against Urango, Quintana & Forbes. I see Guerrero being the better man in this fight, of course I've never really thought much of Berto or his "skill."
